By purchasing used wheels from Swirvs NC LLC, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

All used wheels are sold as-is, with no warranties, express or implied. This includes but is not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

1. No Liability: Swirvs NC LLC assumes no liability for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the installation or use of any used wheels sold. The customer assumes all responsibility and risk associated with the purchase and use of these items.

2. Inspection and Fitment: It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all wheels for suitability, compatibility, and safety before purchase and before installation. Swirvs NC LLC makes no guarantees regarding the condition, fitment, or safety of used wheels.

3. Installation and Use: The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the wheels are installed by a qualified professional. Improper installation or use can result in serious injury or vehicle damage.

4. Return Policy: Returns may only be accepted within 15 days and before tires are mounted and only at the discretion of Swirvs NC LLC. No returns will be accepted once tires have been mounted to the wheels under any circumstances.

5. Assumption of Risk: By purchasing and using used wheels, the customer expressly assumes all risks and waives any claims against Swirvs NC LLC arising from the use of these products.
